Developer tools live or die on how fast someone can go from 'what is this?' to a working code sample. TemporalJS's founder had a solid library, but no documentation site that matched it. Nothing was fast enough, structured enough, or search-indexable enough to get a skeptical developer to try it in under a minute. What usually happens with generic documentation templates is the quick-start gets buried behind marketing copy. For a developer tool, that's the whole ballgame. It's the difference between a visitor bouncing and a visitor starring the repo.
We built the documentation site around one rule: get a working code example in front of the reader before anything else. We picked VitePress specifically because its static-first rendering keeps pages fast and fully crawlable by search engines. A client-rendered single-page app can leave crawlers staring at an empty shell, and that's a real risk for a project trying to build trust through search. On top of that we added interactive, runnable examples, a quick-start guide as the main landing path, and a clean information architecture so reference pages sit one or two clicks from anywhere on the site.
The site runs on VitePress on top of Vue.js, with Markdown as the content source. That matters because it means the TemporalJS maintainers can add and edit documentation without ever touching site code. Tailwind CSS handles styling, Alpine.js powers the lightweight interactive bits like the runnable examples, and the whole thing is version-controlled and deployed straight from GitHub. The result ships as static, pre-rendered HTML. It's fast for readers and fully indexable for search engines and AI crawlers alike, which was the entire point.

FindSparrow connects students across the U.S. with local freelance gigs: babysitting, tutoring, gardening, pet care, the kind of work that used to travel by word of mouth only. We built the core platform ourselves, from onboarding to real-time job postings to secure messaging to a review system both sides actually check. Students earn on their own schedule now, and families get help they can vet before anyone shows up at the door.

Pharmvista Inc. makes organic, natural gummy supplements in the USA. Our collaboration started small: a request to build one landing page. It grew into a long-term partnership because the first project actually worked.
