2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of deliverables (source code, designs, and other work product) transfers to the client upon full payment. Netrex Solutions retains the right to showcase completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
